Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within New Zealand, Australia and Worldwide. 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs range from $5 - $20 NZD nationwide for urban addresses (extra for rural), using tracked courier. Costs could vary depending on the value, size and weight of the order.

Please enquire if you wish to discuss international shipping costs.

For wholesale orders please enquire on the contact us page to discuss how many sets/pairs you would like to purchase and work out the cost of postage.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

There are delays with shipping due to Covid 19 and Christmas

We aim to dispatch all orders (within New Zealand) 1-3 working days after receiving payment. Once dispatched, please allow 2-3 working days for your purchase to arrive. If your purchase does not arrive within 7 working days, please get in touch with us. We will leave a note in the announcement tab if the turnaround time for orders is longer.

Please note we work through the orders in the order that they come in.

Due to covid shipping to Australia for standard post is between 2 to 4 weeks, please enquire support@poiyeah.co.nz if you would like to upgrade from standard post to courier.

Do you offer a pickup service?

(Due to Covid-19 we are not allowing Click & Collect at this time)

Yes! I am based in Auckland, so if you are local and would like to pick up your goods instead of pay for shipping, select the ‘Pick up’ option at checkout, and make sure to get in touch after ordering to arrange a time to pick up. PLEASE ONLY SELECT THIS OPTION IF YOU INTEND TO PICK UP.

Return policy 

We do not offer a return service, however we do offer replacements for damaged products. Although we aim to ensure your products arrive to you safely, we cannot guarantee this once we hand over the parcel for shipping.

Hats - We have a bag or box option available for shipping, I recommend you select the box option as there is a risk your item may be damaged in transit with the courier in a bag and we do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for this matter.

We also do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on sale items or items such as hats for hygiene reasons. 

Damaged goods 

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving your item via e-mail support@poiyeah.co.nz, including a photo of the fault, you must return the item within 10 working days (shipping at your cost) for us to assess the product and make contact with you. (This does not apply to hats).

Refunds 

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Incorrect product 

If you have received the wrong product then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
