Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within New Zealand, Australia and Worldwide. 

How much will shipping cost?

Costs could vary depending on the value, size, weight and destination of the order. 

For wholesale orders please enquire on the contact us page to discuss how many items you would like to purchase and work out the cost of postage.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

There are delays with shipping due to Covid 19

We aim to dispatch all orders (within New Zealand) 2-3 working days after receiving payment. Once dispatched, please allow 7 working days for your purchase to arrive. If your purchase does not arrive within 7 working days, please get in touch with us. 

Please note we work through the orders in the order that they come in.

Do you offer a pickup service?

(Due to Covid-19 we are not allowing Click & Collect at this time)

 

Return policy 

We do not offer a return or exchange service.

Hats - We have a bag or box option available for shipping in NZ, I recommend you select the box option as there is a risk your item may be damaged in transit with the courier in a bag and we do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for this matter.

For AU hat orders, we have a economy non tracked service, economy tracked service, courier, and express.

Economy non tracked orders will not be refunded or replaced, you select this option at your own risk.

We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on sale items.

Damaged goods 

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving your item via e-mail support@poiyeah.co.nz, including a photo of the fault, you must return the item within 10 working days (shipping at your cost) for us to assess the product and make contact with you. (This does not apply to ordering a potae in the bag option in NZ or the economy non tracked option for AU)

Refunds 

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. Shipping Charges are not refundable. 

Incorrect product 

If you have received the wrong product then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
